WORST SERVICE EVER! I stood inside the doorway for a good 20 seconds before I had to go up to a group of 6 people chatting away. Had absolutely no knowledge of anything I was inquiring about and ordered me the completely wrong shirts. TWICE! Mr. Tux, all the way. Cody knows his stuff.

My fiancé and I went into the Men's Warehouse because we had a coupon for money off of tux rentals for our wedding so we figured let's give them a shot. First and most important thing to me is customer service... If I'm going to purchase and spend our money with someone why would I support a business just because they have a name... Unfortunately for Mens Wearhouse we had a terrible experience. We went in there knowing little about tuxes and went out with just feeling irritated... The lady that helped us didn't explain anything and they didn't even have any examples on there floor about how it will actually look nor would she setup manikins to see the different combination's.... Not to mention try on anything... We just sat there and looked through a magazine why she blankly starred at us... If you were going to spend over $1300 in tux rentals plus paying a shipping charge to there warehouse in Texas wouldn't you want more? Expertise, examples, pattern options, etc and feel welcome? There are to many company's out there to choose from... Wouldn't they want to do the best job they can to make a customer... I guess not...Plus if your like my fiancé and I we want to make sure everything will be perfect for our wedding. We would not recommend Men's Warehouse to any of our friends. Hope this helps.
