Fast wash but the staff doesn't seem to care and the prices seem to constantly be going up. In this area though they are about your only choice!

Well, it is what it is; You pay the kid at the register, pull up to the entrance (neutral, no brakes), and sit there in your car is it passes through brushes, sprayers and blowers, then use the free vacuums, which were recently replaced and are now very powerful. The carwash will make your car clean-ish and if you paid a little extra for the wax, water will bead on the paint for a while. It’s no secret that these car wash machines can be rough on the paint, and that they won’t scrub every crevice. I find that a few minutes with a bottle of Windex for the interior windows and to hit some of the spots that were missed gets the car as clean as I need. If your car is your pride and joy and you want the rims lovingly polished and every detail looking like new, you’ll have to pay more or do it yourself.

I am very impressed with this business! I noticed the day after my wash that my rear windshield wiper was missing. I did not expect anything as there are signs everywhere saying they don't accept responsibility for stuff like that. I just went back to see maybe if they still had it. The manager Rudy helped me and told me they would pay for the replacement . I returned the next day with my recipt and they promptly gave me cash and a free carwash with a towel dry. Now that is great customer service!

The worst car wash in Spokane!



Management pulled open my car door and would not allow me to leave the premises until the manager was finished responding (in a hostile manner) to my complaint of poor service during the last THREE visits. The staff is completely unprofessional and does not respect the property of others. I was told "If you don't like the service here, go somewhere else".
