Provided by YP.comThis landlord is very hard to deal with because he does not want to spend money to fix what is broken. We have a very old water heater that keeps breaking and he has a "repairman" come out and "fix" it numerous times. He does wants to spend the least amount of money and wants the tenants to pick up a portion of what he should be spending himself!!!
