I have been a customer for a decade and spent thousands of dollars here, had one successful cycle. Their reputation was a good product, fair price, minus the bells and whistles (web site used to be more old fashioned). As it is, I respect that the staff impressions of donors are kept short to encourage clients to rely more on donor health histories, essays, expanded profiles, and the forum. The forum which allows clients to share information is the reason I returned, plus my previous success here. I had an issue with an order, and the manager heard me out to where I continue to feel like NW Cryo remains the high quality, no frills company I selected it for in the past. Some failures are part of the journey, though for me success included Clomid, a follicle check, a trigger shot, and OB/Gyn performed IUI with 20 minutes of rest, and eating pineapple core for 5 days afterward. I selected a donor with multipe reports of first time success, this was actually a last minute order change and was handled smoothly. I decided on that course of action to increase my chances of success due to having a slightly tilted uterus, and it worked. Baby dust to all!
