After having to argue my way out of paying $285 twice because my daughter got passed to another doctor to re do the same procedure, our most recent experience is I was charged a $140 late cancellation fee on my credit card with no call and no explanation on my receipt. Though they have a cancellation policy clearly posted (so do most clinics but in 51 years I have never before had one charge it. We are all human. of all people, these doctors should know that. They gave zero recognition that my daughter called to cancel the morning of her appointment after she got called to work (she is going to work and college at the same time mind you). This clinic is too hungry for the short term dollar to not do the right in my opinion and we will not be returning.
