Showed up on time, explained exactly what he was going to be doing, did the work, cleaned up afterward. Prompt and professional!

Called this guy for a quote and he was a huge jerk. Cocky and way into himself talking about how great his company was and how he was the best and everyone else sucked. Maybe he is good at what he does but just based on that conversation alone I will not use him and get the work done from someone else.

I was excited about Pacific Insulation based on their first review. The guy was really nice on the phone, talked twice about my daughter being born with no sweat glands and us needing the most insulation we can for the house we just purchased. He sounded like he wanted to help and would look at the old house to see if insulation could be blown in the upstairs walls - as well as insulate the attic. I live in Montana - the selling agent is holding the keys to my house until we can go over there. She was taking time out of her day to meet with potential contractors. That morning, she called to tell me it had snowed 6 inches, but she was leaving early and would be on time. The guy from Pacific Insulation called her (not me - still hasn't called 4 days later) to tell her he couldn't make it due to "snow" and would do a bid "sight unseen." She didn't know the insulation guy didn't call me - just found out yesterday. I'm not going to keep asking her to go to my house for contractors who don't show, so going to Spokane just to open the door for contractors and make sure I get bids. Spokane gets snow just like we do in Montana - the other contractor (meeting at the same time) showed up and so did the listing agent. He either doesn't drive well in snow, or is unreliable. Either way, I don't have a bid and he didn't communicate with me what happened.

Pacific was on time and reasonable. They did what they said they were going to do and were professional and cleaned up before they left.
