I will always take my dog to pampered pets. My dog loves to go there and they do a fantastic job. I appreciate their kindness and I love the bandannas that they put on our dogs. They're featuring Gonzaga Bulldogs bandannas right now! Thank you, pampered pets. We love you!

I have taken my Koko to Pampered Pets several times and have always been pleased with the cut and care. He loves to go there!
I have also taken a friend's cat in for nail trimming and am very satisfied.

Did a fantastic job on my shih tzu. Were very helpful and gave me exactly what i wanted, and i am very picky! Will definatly be coming back!

The wost people to follow directions i have ever dealt with. Simple things such as one length trim not shave, don't make any poodle accents (he is a mix), keep it long, could not be followed. No warnings were given to the random shavings, poodle accents happened, shaved (to the skin) nose with 3 inch poofs on the sides of his nose (not the same length obviously) and they couldn't care less. I got an "uhh sorry" in response. Avoid them unless you like bad surprises to those that you love.

I take my labradoodle to Pampered Pets and they do such a great job on his haircut! They have very friendly staff and are so kind to the animals, and not to mention have very resonable prices! Have been going there for years and would refer any of my fellow dog owners to them!

I took my toy yorkie in a coupe of months ago for a trim - when I got home I noticed that he had razor nicks all over him so he didn't go back for awhile. Then, about a week ago I decided to give them a try again for a bath this time. They were wonderful with him!! So...today was the day for his summer trim, when I dropped him off I was very specific on what I wanted, when I picked him up he looked like they had given him a buzz cut!! When I complained about it I was informed that I complain too much and should start grooming him myself. Considering I give them 30.00 for a 20.00 bath, I think that I have the right t tell them how I woud like his hair cut. Never again will he go there and I will make sure to show all my fellow dog owners his new buzz cut! When my husbnd called them to see what had happened - he was hung up on to top things off.
