As the CCNW Medical Center Oncology Consultant, Dr. Schlegel plays a vital role in assessing, coordinating, and providing treatment for hospitalized patients. He works closely with Cancer Care Northwest—the region’s leading provider of integrated cancer care—and the hospital to ensure seamless, comprehensive cancer treatment. His position demands deep expertise in medical oncology, the ability to collaborate within a highly specialized teams, and a commitment to delivering the best personalized care and outcomes for each patient. Above all, Dr. Schlegel believes the hospital experience should be more than a challenge to endure—it should be a steppingstone toward reclaiming independence and control over one’s life after cancer.
