They get a big fat . No customer service, NO integrity, No morals. Please read all reviews on this dealership. Please know your RIGHTS before thinking about buying from this place and these people. Buyers ARE NOT PROTECTED under any lemon law when you buy from this dealership. You are stuck with whatever you unfortunately drive off this lot.

i am Reggie i live in Seattle i have bought several car from bill and never had problem he would not take care of bought lincoln twelve years ago great car gotten my money out of and much more still looks sharp now going to buy another one that review is very rare does not sound like the bill i know

Bought a car from this place. Was told that that it was a good reliable car. After driving it everything fell apart. Was told by a couple of dealerships that this car is unsafe to drive. One dealership told me that i should let bill thompson auto place know how unsafe this car was (the check engine light had even been disabled so i wouldnt know the problems) to see if they could help me repair just some of the problems. When i called them they wouldnt help me one bit. They told me they would give me a thousand for it (in a sarcastic tone). Didnt admit to knowing anything. Then i had someone else call them and they accidently slipped up admitting one of the problems that i never told them but they said they told me that problem up front. I would never buy a car from this place. I got totally ripped off
