Although it is an older property, the room was good. Bed was comfortable, TV was large (didn't really use it much), shower head was awesome -- pretty good all around. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The pool (indoor as the snow on the ground precluded the opening of the outdoor one) was very nice. There was a small swimming pool, a kiddie wading pool, a large hot tub, and overshadowing them all was the water slide. It was not your normal ladder up and 8-foot slide down. It was a 15-ft high, multiple-turn waterpark quality slide. Next stay I'm bringing the grandkids -- I can just sit in the hot tub when i get tired of climbing the slide stairs and just watch them play on it. Definitely worth another stay.

Awful experience. Three different rooms, first one had a maintenance sign on the door and smelt badly of epoxy resin or some other type of fume. The second had an electrical socket handing out of the wall with exposed contacts and the third was both next to and opposite the most obnoxious people ever, who were shouting and banging the doors open and closed until well past midnight. The parents simply did not care.The front desk staff attempted to help at first, but they expressed that they were powerless to prevent any disturbance and that I should calm down despite having not slept and with an early morning flight to catch. They did offer a fourth room but no gaurantees that it would be better. Still the noise continues. Worst hotel experience ever!
