You're paying a premium on their parts. I cannot speak for their service department, but if you're just buying parts, steer clear of these guys. You will be paying, at MINIMUM, double of whatever you're buying is retailed at everywhere else; it's just not worth the convenience of not having to wait several days for shipping, IMO.Examples: These guys are trying to sell a certain CPU for $190 which you can buy online (with shipping) for $90...that's not even the most powerful in that CPU's family line up (which is still cheaper to get online at $140); a 1TB mechanical HDD will run you $110 whereas you can get almost 3 of the same hard drive for right around that same price (after WA sales tax). They try to sell DDR3 ram (8GB) at $110 whereas you can get the same pieces for $54. The only thing they have that is even close to a reasonable price are a few of their PSUs which they have at $70, compared to $50 online.

Recycle Techs was not easy to find but I'm glad that I did. I was able to pick up a used computer and lcd monitor for $180. I could not be happier with this purchase or their customer service. Its nice to find a place that still has good customer service in this town.

I went in because I had a virus on my computer and these guys had it fixed the same day and only for $60. I took it to bestbuy first and they wanted 3 times as much. It has been running great and no signs of the virus. Im thrilled with this store.
