Called to speak to the doctor about my severe pain and the receptionist was extremely UNHELPFUL, impatient and rude. I was trying to decribe my symptoms and she flat out stated she doesn't know what I expect them to do about my pain and acted completely clueless. Completely unprofessional. If your not suppose to call the doctor when you're in pain, who are you suppose to call for relief/help ?!?!
