All our staff members are professionals and have all the competencies and skills required to provide home care. We don’t just look at their resumes but inspect them ourselves to make sure that they are meet our high quality standards. Our hiring process is strict and extensive. We conduct full background checks, driving record checks, TB test, look at their previous employment conditions, ensure that they are CPR certified and have at least 2 years’ worth of experience. We also make sure that apart from their professional competencies they also have a positive character, enthusiasm for what they do, and are ready to provided committed services.
