Nobody provides better flowers than Esther! She goes above and beyond what a florist should do! She gives excellent advice and listens to what you REALLY want! She really enjoys making people happy and her arrangments show it. So grateful for her!

I 've seen many bouquets come out of Special Touch Florist over the years and you can certainly tell that Esther's heart and soul is in her work and the service she provides. Without a doubt she goes that extra mile to make sure your wedding day is even more then you've expected. Once even helping some guy plan a surprise wedding from top to bottom can you imagine. The wedding I hear was beautiful and the bride very thrilled at all their efforts dispite the grooms astonishment of costs. This isn't something she does normally but she has that very soft spot in her heart that goes overboard. You can expect star treatment and you'll conclude your business feeling like her family. I had planned a wedding for my girlfriend and I 6 months in advance. The wedding planner was the owner of Specialty Florist--Esther. I got some ideas from her--little did I know the people that she presented to me were people that she had sponsored all along. I relayed to her I was on a budget and that I needed to keep costs down. She assured me she would. This did not happen. She did no comparison shopping, she went with the people that she had gone with/sponsored in the past. Needless to say the wedding was VERY expensive and did not meet or exceed my expectations. On the day of the wedding, which she was to be a brides maid, she told me that her other employees were setting up for other weddings and provided me with set up instructions for my wedding. She spoke to me as if I was an employee and not the groom. She was also asked to take pictures by my bride of when she was seeing her dress/trying it on for the first time. No pictures were taken. In return for her services she was provided a limo ride, a day spa package and a makeover all totaling over $700.00. Most generous of me and most foolish of me as well. Part of the wedding planning was the reception which I have written a review on as well Mukogawa. The deposit that was required in advance for the reception was sent to Esther (without my permission or consultation) on the 12th of July--the wedding was on the 30th of June. I still have yet to recieve the deposit from either Mukogawa or Specialty Florist. I would also like to add the only receipt I received from the wedding planner on this whole event was the one for the reception and one final one that was for miscellaneous services "provided"--to include things that Esther had told me and others that was to be considered a present. No proof of cost for the cake or the dress.

Disrespect and dishonesty are not redeeming characteristics nor are they characteristics of a Christian business owner.
