Great service! Impressed for a car lot!

Put my Subaru on Craig's list to get it sold (simply needed to get a bigger rig for my growing family)
Mike (he was a new guy, and didn't try to lie or make it look like he knew what he was doing if he didn't. We appreciated his honesty professionalism.) called us up and he presented a pretty great deal for us. We were overall happy.
Really great company and they treated us well.
The only down side, we were forced into getting the lifetime oil package for $400 even though we told them several times no. They office lady said "it's to late, we have to do it... But just call and cancel it later.." Like it was no big deal... It was to us. We said NO!
Mike made it up with free stuff, including his personal Subaru window scraper.
I would recommend them!
