Provided by YPmobileFor a urgent care center they are a part of Chas and Chas is full of idiots. Never go in on a Wednesday or you are waiting until 9AM for their meeting to get over.

Provided by YP.comWhat can I say? I am insured, but I was REFUSED CARE here. Why? Well, I didn't have my $25 copay, and they refused to bill me. I got paid the very next day, but their receptionists refused to budge. "We need your $25 copay ma'am" "I'm sorry, I'm broke, I get paid tomorrow. Can you bill me?" "Sorry ma'am, we require copay up front, and we don't bill." "Are you serious? You're refusing me care because I can't pay my copay right now?" "Sorry ma'am, that's just how we work." And that was that. They gave me NO options, this is after sitting in their waiting room for nearly 30 minutes hacking my lungs out nearly to the point of passing out. Even better? I needed a doctors note to provide to my employer, just stating I was ill. It was very apparent I was ill. That didn't matter to these people. About an hour and a half after I leave Spokane Urgent Care, I get a hostile call from a supervisor (I wish now that I would have gotten her name). She has the audacity to tell me that I didn't stay to listen to options. "Options?" I ask "What options? I asked if they could bill me, they said no. What else am I supposed to do? Get on my knees and beg?" I have no idea what their billing scheme is here, but DO NOT go here. If you are unable to pay upfront THEY WILL REFUSE YOU CARE. I have NEVER been so embarrassed when it comes to healthcare, period, and this will totally make me rethink even seeing a doctor if I'm sick. I mean, if I'm just going to be outrageously charged for care (Rockwood Urgent Care) or completely refused service (Spokane Urgent Care) then why even bother trying to get help?

Provided by YPmobileMy husband was seen last night by Dr. Robin Gunn for plugged ears along with sinus and chest congestion She told him he had severe swimmers ear and gave him drops to treat it. Later that night he woke up with ear pain so intense he went to the E.R. and was then diagnosed with a middle ear infection and prescribed antibiotics, pain meds and numbing drops as well as being told that there was no way he just had a case of swimmers ear. This doctor is an idiot and is putting peoples health at risk. Unfornunatley I'm sure nothing will be done to remedy this situation. Isnt your job as a doctor to help people instead of giving them the easiest diagnosis to get them out the door?
