Founded in 1943, St. Anne's Children & Family Center provides a range of health care services for children up to the age of six. It offers adoption services for medically fragile children. The center administers the Childbirth and Parenting Alone (CAPA) Program, which includes labor coaching for single pregnant women, as well as childbirth education and preparation programs. It provides curriculum-based educational program for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. St. Anne's Children & Family Center operates a child-oriented facility that features classrooms and indoor and outdoor play areas. It is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The center is operates by Catholic Charities Spokane, which was established in 1912 and administers more than 10 programs that are based on food, shelter, clothing and education.
