Provided by YP.comNice apartment and grounds, but walls are PAPER thin. Can hear everything your neighbors are doing, including conversations. Management is unreasonable if you have to interact with them. After you move out, expect a bill in the ballpark of $400 (see also other review sites like Yelp and Google, it's a common occurrence) for "additional charges" even if you kept your apartment nearly flawless. They will find something. Cannot recommend this place, managed by crooks.

Provided by YP.comThank you for your review! We are sorry that your neighbors have been less than a delight to live by. Neighbor feuds and disagreements can be one of the most difficult things a property manager has to assist with solving.
We try very hard to be fair when dealing with neighbor complaints. Our policy is to witness the noise issue. This requires cooperation from the complaining party, but is the most "fair" way to determine if the noise complaint is out of the ordinary noise, or normal apartment living.
In regards to the fitness room - We recently purchased 2 BRAND NEW treadmills to replace the 2 worn out machines. Trestle Creek's fitness room is ready for WORKOUT!
I'd invite you to contact the Corporate office to discuss your concerns. We can be reached at (509)483-6532.

Provided by YP.comWhen I first moved in I was very happy with Trestle Creek. I was sold on how new the place is and that every unit comes with a garage. But after a year I'm ready to move on.
The people on the other side of the wall complain EVERY time I do laundry. They say it "shakes their apartment". Yet when they do their laundry, I don't even notice. Its just constant pain in the --- things like that going on.
What really annoys me is that the management keeps saying that this is a pet free community. So why does everyone seem to have a dog that they aren't even attempting to hide? So after a few months, I got a cat. He jumped up on the windowsill and someone saw him. And I got a call to get rid of him. Seriously? Its so clear that everyone has a pet here.
A few months ago, new renters moved in below my unit and they only seem to be active between the hours of 11 pm and 5 am(and we have quiet hours that are 9pm to 7am). And by active, I mean loud as hell. And no matter how many times I've asked management to tell them to keep it down, nothing gets better.
The complex also has a clubhouse with a fitness room in it. They have two cycling machines, two ellipticals and one treadmill. Yet only the treadmill is working. So you have to get down there really early to beat other people to it. I don't understand why the other machines are just sitting there.
Trestle Creek may draw you in with how nice it seems, but I'd recommend renting in a smaller complex where things you say to management don't fall through the cracks. I know that's what I'm going to do.
