A cozy cafe with excellent food and service to match

It's small and cozy - especially on a cold snowy winter day and nice to eat outside on a summer day or evening. But no matter what the weather, the food and service are always great. One day I'll try something other than the Ruben and the Chicken Fried Steak but my family and friends tell me everything else is just as good!
