Your vision center is a joke. Last week I made an appointment as I needed my prescription updated and it's so close to my new home I thought it'd be easy to go to the vision center at the Shadle store. I provided them with my insurance information. Today I arrived at 8:50 for my 9AM appointment. At 9:15 I'm finally asked to fill out some HIPPA paperwork. At 9:30 I'm informed that my insurance is out of network so it's going to cost me extra money to be seen. You had my insurance information for a WEEK. You could have called me at any point in that week (like you did on Friday to remind me of my appointment) to tell me this info. Needless to say I left, and will be taking my business elsewhere. Unless you have a ton of time to waste I would not advise seeking eye appointments at this business.

There is something wrong with this store. I am not going back there anymore. They treat their customers badly in the electronics department and at the customer service center. I feel sorry for the cashiers, they seem intimidated.

After my visit today with Sabrina and Jolyne at the customer service desk I WILL NOT ever step foot in that store again!I will no longer give those cuntbags my money! I will be shopping at Kmart. sure there's not as much selection, and prices are bit higher, but hell I don't care. they've always acted like they valued my business. Walmart could care less about their customers. They just want your money.

Nervous employees , especially the cashiers, non friendly environment , not recommended.

Great place to buy snacks for the kids.

maybe if more than wall mart themselves rated this it would tell you something real about the actual content of the listing

My family likes to shop here because the prices are very reasonable and everyone always finds what they need.
