I cancelled all of my appointments after the second week of the metabolic protocol. I should have never started! I was forgotten about three times by doctors to the point where I was sitting there so long I had to go out and find someone to let me know why it has been 40 minutes and I haven't been helped. I witnessed disgruntled consultants arguing openly in front of me on what week of treatment I was supposed to be on because (according to them) they change their rules all of the time. I've been charged for products that I never received on a card that I never authorized to be kept on file (I had another credit card that was supposed to be used). When I called to cancel my appointments I was met with almost an hour long conversation of trying to keep me on after explaining the awful experience I've had and no offer to refund what I was wrongfully charged for. Save your money and go see a real doctor.

I was extremely disappointed in my overall experience with Women's Health Connection. I was on bio identical hormone replacement therapy and they really messed me up emotionally. The nurse practitioners I saw kept wanting to give me drugs. Because I didn't want to take MORE drugs I ended up leaving this group. I was a faithful patient and no one seemed to notice or care that I left. My dog has received better care from the vet! Since leaving, I am currently off all drugs and feel so much better!! If anyone is interested in being a patient here, I would think twice.

Horrible place. Terrible service and extremely ignorant. The young lady at the front desk was clueless about everything. The doctors are careless. Their office functions at a turtles pace. They are basically getting paid to do nothing but bill you for services that were not performed and on top of that not once were side effects mentioned of the vaccines I received. I would not wish the place on my worst enemy.

Some rude front desk girls

Some of the front desk girls need a wake up call, they are vital to the experience. I've been going there for a few years occasionally... I work front desk as a customer service representative at a 4 star 4 diamond forbes rated spa and we go through a lot of training, customer service and work ethic education. I could teach these girls a thing or two and I'm only 20. One in particular was such very snooty, I would of said something but she was pregnant and I wasn't about to educate a pregnant women on attitude adjustments. All in all service was good with doctors, nurses and lab but some of those front desk girls need training or maybe a job like McDonalds where they can be snooty.... Till then they may get an ear full from me about their attitudes next time.

RUDE DOCTOR & LONG WAIT TIMES

40 minutes in the waiting room before getting called back then an hour & 15 minutes before the Dr decided to come in. I had been going to this clinic for hormone issues for 2 years and had only seen the PA (who I really liked as well as the lab staff). When Ravasia the Dr who owns the clinic came in I was getting ready to leave. I explained that the wait time was unacceptable without someone from her staff coming in to at least update me on the wait time. She stood there and said 'I will not make any apologies for your wait times here'. Again I suggested it would only be courteous to her patients (who pay outrageous fees) for her to update her staff on her lag time so they could relay that to the patients to keep them happy and coming back. She said that would not happen that if I wanted to continue to come here this is what I was going to have to expect.

The only reason I didn't leave was I was already going to be charged an office visit and I had already driven an hour to make this appointment, then wasted close to 3 hours there. Never going back. Never would I recommend this clinic or especially Dr. Ravasia again.

They just don't care about women. Good doctor but obsolete computer system where they get confused with clinical history from diferent people because their system doesn't save the info from the right client. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!...great and sweet doctor but their team sucks.

This place is a joke. The wait time for your scheduled appointments are ridiculously long, they bill your insurance for things you were never told and have never even heard of. If they tell you they want to do bloodwork, it is ridiculously overpriced. One simple test that might be $15 at PAML is $70 here. It is a total rip off.

Disappointed

As a younger patient, I would not recommend this clinic, I had a very uncomfortable first pap experience, had test results done over a month ago and still haven't heard back and I've called in, experienced a long wait time even when my appointment was far in advance, and received no personal input or options when discussing negative birth control effects with ravasia... Overall I would say I don't feel she personally cares about her patients comfort or opinions.

You're in for a long wait

The office, although giving good medical treatment, is GROSSLY understaffed. The doctors are spread way too thin. I went there for over a year, and had to wait in the reception area at least 30-45 minutes past my appointment time. On top of that, there was quite the long wait to be seen even after I had been brought back to a room. (By the way, I was on time for those appointments.) Also, I had to wait to check out because the receptionist was on the phone taking care of personal business on more than one occasion.
