I had a consultation with them when I needed a replacement retainer. At first everything seemed okay, Dr. Smith's assistant took xrays of my teeth and then Dr. Smith told me about the general procedure for retainer replacement. However, when I asked about the costs, Dr. Smith said that he charges $300 only to examine the xrays and that the cost of retainer does not include any adjustments. When I pressed for a more precise number, so that I could see whether I can afford this office's services, Dr. Smith directed me to the front desk receptionist Christina who was very rude and told me that it is impossible to give out precise price estimates. She even tried to charge me for the diagnostic xrays because the doctor briefly discussed them with me during the consultation. When I was scheduling the consultation, I was told me that there would be no fee, but apparently they use bait-and-switch tactic and try to take advantage of potential patients. I ended up going to another doctor who gave me all prices upfront and did not charge anything for looking at xrays. Avoid this place, they are greedy and only care about money.
