My son took 4 shirts in for cleaning. He had a coupon for $2.25 per shirt. Should have been less than $10.00. When he went to pick them up it cost him almost $18.00. They told him since one of his shirts was silk (55%/45%cotton) they charged him $10.00 for one shirt. He was not told this when he dropped it off. Be careful when dealing with this business.I for one will NEVER use them again.
Cashier had a tough luck for you attitude.

I have used this cleaners on several occasions and have always had great service!! The alterations department is top notch and very prompt with their services!!

Unacceptable Services

Dropped off our "dry cleane only" comforter we just bought 3 months ago at Carl's Cleaners March 17,2011. When we pick the comforter up a week later and put it on our bed it was smaller,lop sided and totally messed up. After getting a closer look at it we noticed someone had cut into our black comforter to try to fix what they messed up and stitched it back up with white thread. The stitching is big and very noticable. After speaking to the front dest clerk who is actually very nice and helpful she took our name and number and said the owner would get back to us. Several days later still no response. We called the front desk clerk at the Bulverde location who stated the owener and production manager who both worked in the Boerne location agreed it was a Manufactures defect and wanted to do nothing to compensate for the damages. This was unacceptable so we called the main office in Boerne. The production manager said she hadn't even looked at the comforter yet and she would get back to us after doing so. After not hearing back from them yet again I called back where the owner finally got on the phone. He too stated he had not even looked at the comforter yet. He said he would look at it then call us back. When he called back he stated they talked to the alterations person who stated she had not stitched the comforter but when we said we were going to file with the BBB and Small Claims Court he stated he would talk to the alterations person then get back to us. Now remember, he already said he had done that. When he called back again he stated the same thing, that the alterations person said she had not touched the comforter. When I asked to speak with her myself he conveniently said she was not in the store at the moment. Well I wondered how did she look at the comforter to be able to say if she had seen it before or not. Furthermore how are any of these people who are in the boerne office being able to look at this item if it's in the Bulverde location at the time all these conversations are taking place. The man's automatic response to any complaint is that its a manufactures defect and refuses to accept responsibility for any damages.
