This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I was trying to schedule an appointment for my son and realized two minutes after making the appointment that I needed to cancel. I called her, texted her and tried contacting her several times after hanging up and making the appointment. I gave her my credit card over the phone so my son would not have to pay when he arrived for his appointment but she refused to return my calls or refund my credit card. We never even met her for our initial meeting. She was quick to make the appointment and take my money but not quick in returning my calls. She said I did not give her 24 hour notice. I called back immediately to cancel after making the appointment when I saw there was a conflict. Very rude and unprofessional.

Our experience was awful too! She behaved in an unprofessional and dishonest manner with us. We met with her for two hours to start the process of completing psych evaluation for international adoption. We soon after decided to pursue fostering instead. She then refused to respond to any of our countless voicemails and emails letting her know we had decided to not do any of the further testing required for a complete report. She ignored us and charged our credit card $1200 for a full evaluation, which she never provided us. To this day, she ignores all attempts to resolve with her. It was shocking to us that she'd treat a family who is wanting to give a child in need a home and family in this manner. I don't want patients who really need help to have similar experiences. Please go to someone else.

Our experience was awful!! She would cancel appointments at the last minute and later try to passive aggressively get upset with us when we would call or email to cancel days in advance...and she would not check her email or voice mail and say we cancelled last minute! Very inconsiderate of our time overall considering that we drove an hour each way to take our son to her. She offered appointment times and dates that she was already aware we could not make and tried to get upset with us for turning them down. When we did reach out, we had to reach out in various ways and several times over before getting any response at all. She is very unprofessional and really should hire an assistant to manage her schedule and calendar.
