Very dishonest and greedy. We were quoted $60 for a service call (which they said was normally $120), because they were already coming to our RV park on another call. We were also quoted $100/hr for labor. They came out and cleaned our AC unit, but it was still not operating correctly and they could not even tell us why. They charged us $230 instead of $160 quoted. After they finished the job in 1 hour, their labor rate had changed to $135/hr and their normal service fee had increased to $165 (we are only 37 miles from their location and they advertise here with their business cards, but they act like they are going out of their way for you). So, instead of $60 quoted for the service call, we were charged $95. If they charged the other customer next to us $165 and chrged us $95, they charged both of us $260 for a 75-mile roundtrip drive! They did clean our AC, but could not tell us why it wasn't working properly. So it cost me $230 for 1 hour of their precious time, and I'm no better off than before they came out. Stay FAR away from these crooks.
