Horrible service. Went into automotive 8:50am today. 1 car in Bay. I ask, how long for oil change. They said, 15-20 minutes. I said ok, let's do it. Also asked if they patch tires. They said yes, let me get the tech. I told tech, need oil change and tire patch. Showed tech. Went in store. They were going to call me on cell. Went back out after 10am. They were test driving. Went to pay, and all they had done was tire patch. The customer service rep I had originally talked with and told him oil change, stated you should not have told me, you should have told tech. I told him I had. They were going to get me back in the bay. 10 minutes later, Angelica stated it would be a minimum of 45 min. I decided to leave. On a side note. I was told when i arrived perfect timing. I am not one to review anyone, but just had to. I do not believe all bad reviews. I would say 80-90% of people would agree with me, if they were in my shoes. No extenuating circumstances.
