I had a great experience with Bacon's Chimney Sweep. They came out to my house and cleaned my chimney very thoroughly and efficiently. I had purchased a lake home in Soddy Daisy with an original wood burning fireplace which was releasing ashy/burnt odors into my home. Bacon's Chimney Sweep took care of that! You would not believe the stuff they cleaned out of my chimney. The pics don't even do it justice. They did an excellent job of cleaning up, too. Additionally, they recommended other services my chimney needed before being converted to a vent free gas system. I am pleased with the work performed and look forward to future services.

Friendly and professional. Cleaned chimney well with no mess left behind. Explained process and answered all our questions. Told us about some issues with our roof that he noticed that had nothing to do with the chimney. Would recommend having your chimney cleaned yearly by them.

My husband and I purchased a house on Watts Barr Lake with a fireplace that had a pungent odor of burnt wood and ash. We decided to call a chimney sweep and have the fireplace cleaned. They were very professional and did a marvelous job cleaning and deodorizing the fireplace and chimney, then made suggestions for keeping the fireplace and chimney in good and safe condition. They have the ability to address any problems relating to your fireplace. Plus, I did my research and their prices are very reasonable. The end result of their work is so refreshing.
