This office is the worst in this area. When you change doctors they refuse to send their records to the new office them and then they lie and say they do and they really didn't. The reason for change . doctor and I us the word doctor loosely. He think he knows everything. And dose not send your kids to the specialist they need. I would not take my kids their ever again. I like to add my son is has autism and they do they help get my son any kind therapy that could help my son. This very bad doctors office and very rude staff

My children used to be patients of Dr. Bain a few years ago; however, I was beginning to become quite appalled by Dr. Bain's lack of commitment to his patients and I did not feel confident in his medical decisions. One of my friends left Dr. Bain and recommended me to All Pediatric Care and I am so happy with my switch as I have seen such an enormous difference in the quality of healthcare

normally I don't like to write bad reviews for people a businesses but because of my most recent (and last) experience with Babies and Beyond I thought I should share. my son is just now a month and a half old, and is due for a circumcision in 5 days, and recently he's had his insurance switched. I called the doctors office to request a referral for him to be circumcised 5 days ago, and she told me she couldn't do anything until she had his insurance number and information. the next day I received his insurance card and the mail, and called the office to let them know so they could confirm his appointment and the woman I spoke to said she would take care of. yesterday, 3 days later, after receiving no information or phone call from the office, I called to speak with someone and see what was going on. she then told me she hadn't taken care of it today, and would take care of it that day and call, barking at me that she hadn't had the time. so, today, 4 short days before my sons appointment to be circumcised, I decided to call again to speak to a manager this time. (note I waited until an hour before closing to call) the woman on the phone then asked me why I wanted to speak to a manager, and after telling her why, she asked for my sons name, & when I told her she barked at me "she spoke to you yesterday!" and after explaining to her that she was supposed to call and confirm that the referral was complete she simply said "well I didn't hear her say she was going to call you". so after waiting a week, and being shouted at twice, now the nurse is using the fact that she "didn't hear her say that" as an excuse for my son not to have a referral to be circumcised in less than 5 days. as far as the doctors go, they're both very friendly and professional and it's honestly a shame that I have to leave the office because of irresponsible women.

My children were patients at Babies and Beyond for over 3 years. My son had a hearing problem due to fluid in the ears that resulted in speech problems. He also had problems with both eyes and as a result had constant discharge coming from both eyes. After many visits to the doctors office in which it was never the same doctor that would examine him so your explaining your childs health history all the time, and many prescriptions for antibiotics with no improvement. I finally made a decision and went to a doctor that will listen to me and examine my child with patience and remembers my child and family. It turned out my son needed surgery right away for both ears just a month after I left Babies and Beyond and just had his second surgery this time for both eyes and is now doing well and his eyes and speech have improved drastically.

The fact that Dr. Bain has supposedly been arrested for DUI has nothing to do with the care and comfort that Babies and Beyond give daily to the families and children at its facility. They take great care of my Granddaughter and will continue to as long as necessary. His personal life shouldn't be broadcast on YellowPages.com. I'm shocked that YellowPages.com would allow this individuals comments to be posted.

I have been coming here for 5 years and I have never had a problem with the staff or doctors. When I have called in and left a message, my phone calls were returned in a timely manner. When I have come in for appointments or to pick up anything they are friendly. The nurses are all very nice and taking very good care of my children. The doctors all have been good with them also. I like the fact that they have multiple doctors and offices. They also have Saturday hours which is very conveneint for working parents. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Babies and beyond once was a good doctors office .i have benn taking my kids for the last 8 years but they have became a not so good place to be .they are just not as friendly anymore as well as you can never speak really to anyone unless it is for just that day [sick day ] you are lucky if they call you back and luckier if you ever talk to anyone everything is all automated and they have up to 3 days to get back with you and they wait that full 3 days in most cases .

I have been taking my children to these group of doctors since they were born and they are now 6 and 7 years old. The doctors are excellent but I'm not happy about the front office.I liked it better when you could call and speak to a real person and not have to leave a message. I agree with the other reviewer, I also have had to leave more than one message. It's just that when you have SO many patients, you can't be very personable and that is what people like. They like to walk into the office and be recognized, especially when you've been going there for years.My vote is to slow down on taking new patients, pay attention to the old ones and get rid of all the recordings and let us talk to real people again!
