25 years in business we run into all kinds of people who stretch the truth in order to manipulate businesses..........we NEVER sale to confused people unless they have a guardian with them...hard of hearing does not constitute being confused...even when a person is hard of hearing we have them repeat what we have said so we know they clearly understand the purchase and care of items....we regret that we can't accept this criticism as true or accurate as the customer was satisfied and she was the one who called for the appointment and instructed fitter in what she wanted and signed the receipt as satisfied. As always we try to do what the consumer wants and unfortunately we cannot RESELL USED ITEMS AS NEW otherwise people are paying full price for used items. It is interesting to note the customer never called back and said she wanted to change her order before the rest of the items were shipped to her BUT she was fully capable of calling for an appointment and choosing her items. Receipts are always left with the customer so there is no doubt as to cost of items...they have to sign the receipt and upon checking the records there is her signature below the amount.
