This Burger King Sucks

I went in for a simple order. Double bacon cheese burger meal.. Wow ,,,, The manager over there must be a real idiot. Considering she and her fellow idiotic employees completely got this orde wrong not once not twice not even three time How bout 5. Two seperate occasions they screwed up this order. Then when I called and spoke to the manager, she told me I should have said something, and when I told her it was her JOB to look in the bag and replace the MEAL not mine, she hung up the phone on me. Maybe next time when you screw up the order I should not only tell you whats in the bag or maybe I should come back and flip the burger for you too. Hell I bet I could get it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME IF I HAD IT "MY WAY" Nice slogan I guess it only applies to other branchs and your exempt. I suggest the manager get some sort of PEOPLE SKILLS and learn how to deal with customers and fixing problems. Dont treat paying customers as if they dont pay your $8.00 dollars an hour! Or get a different manager all together.
