went in for senthic oil change on there site they offer for 49.99 but after they did mine he said ill knock 10 dollars of of what we charge 99.99 the total bill came to $104.54 where everyone in the country charge 69 so i think this place is over charging and if i dont get a check for the diference i will do one more thing and you wont like it one bit .BBB

Pulled in after-hours with an overheating truck and the owner was very kind to help us get back on the road again.

They had my truck for almost a month to replace a $15 part. The owners favorite words are worst case scenario. Still I thought i would take my other car to them and give them another chance. My car won't shift into park this was on a Saturday called the owner he said bring out on in. Looked at it said it was a easy fix can I bring it back Tuesday morning? I was there Tuesday morning when they opened and was told by a " friend" of theirs that " helps out" that I'm not priority bring it back Thursday. Again back on Thursday at open they look at it and tell me I need to find my own parts because they don't have the time or the people to pick up the parts. So I found the parts picked them up dropped my car back off Thursday afternoon and was told they will have it done by Friday afternoon. After not hearing anything from them Friday I call them and told I need to find another part. Got the part and took it in Saturday morning. The owner told me he was doing a " personal project"

Just had my oil changed there. I was in and out and on my way to work quickly. What a great group of people there.

being 35 miles away from home and having a car failure can be a little nerve racking. While coming down to Hernando Beach from Homosassa, My Jeeps brakes decided they needed some attention. My Front brakes locked up at the corner of 19 and 50. I made it down to Consumer Car Care. I love the personal touch and professionalism I received. In no time problem resolved.
