This place is one of the worst places to get your tattoos from. I received three sessions for a sleeve I planned on getting by Mike Crump after waiting over 6 months on a waitlist from his previous tattoo shop before he moved over to Engima. On my 2nd session he worked in one spot for over 5 hours and overworked the area resulting in an infection the next day I messaged him and let him know. I went in the next month and instead of fixing that spot he started a different spot instead and when I asked when are we going to fix the other spot he ignored me. Well months went by and when I had some time off I messaged him months in advanced to get something scheduled and he said he would get me in and taken care of. After messaging him for 2 months with a weekly message he just straight up ignored me and left me with this faded shit looking tattoo. I never received my deposit and I tipped him $100 each session so I have no clue why he decided to just ignore me and not fix the piece that was screwed up. Again I would never recommend this place to anyone. They don’t give a shit about their customers and they’re is a lot of other places to go to that actually give a shit about their customer base.

Amazing and clean! Garry DeRonda has now done two tattoos for me and he will be the only artist I ever go too! Great attention to detail and CLEAN! If you truly care about what you will have with you for the rest of you're life, go to ENIGMA! I assure you, you won't be sorry!

I would highly recommend Gary. He did a fantastic job. Even better than I imagined. Shop is so clean. Gary is so professional and super nice.

Gary and his wife are the best I got my sister her first tat there and had to bring my one year old there. She had a blast with Gary's wife I also got tat there they do amazing work. Can't wait to get another tat !
