I listed my house with Liz. She is very professional and was great through the negotiation process. Her marketing materials and client base are second to none. Especially the 3D tour they had for my property, it was very similar to google street view but truly unbelievable. In less then two months we were under contract and she guided us through the inspection period to closing. Her knowledge and expertise in the Tampa Bay market was unmatched and she treated the listing as if it was her own house she was negotiating for. Very professional agent and he guided us through the process. I would strongly recommend her.
