DO NOT use this service... They are not reputable. I hired this car service for a friend, who has health issues and just lost her husband. I was told she would be picked up in a Cadillac.. what showed up was a van... not in good condition. The A/C didn't work. It was a 90 degree. They had no GPS ( I had given the address of where she needed to go when I scheduled this trip). The driver did not have the address. Driver wanted to take 19S... from Weeki Wachee to Reddington Shores...... the slowest possible way to get to the destination. That was not acceptable... ended up taking Sun Coast Pkwy. Driver couldn't find address... I called the owner to express my disappointment in the service. He told me his driver has been with him for 12yrs, that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle or the A/C. I asked for half of the cost $80.. $40 be refunded as good faith. He refused. I have used many car services and this by far is the worst!!!

I booked the service two days before a red eye flight back from the west coast. The cost was $70. Charles told me he needs to charge the credit card over the phone because the driver does not credit card machine. I gave him my card. He told me to call his number because he can't give me the driver's number at the moment. I should have seen the red alert.

When I arrived this morning at 6:20, no car is waiting. I called Charles multiple times. When he finally picked up the phone, he told me he has no record of me. He then accused me giving him the wrong date. He does not have the wrong date either.

Kathy's car service under Charles is not reliable. And Charles doesn't understand customer service either. Don't use him.
