Wow, I was hung up on three times less than 10 seconds into the conversation. I'm a very personable, overly sweet and all that stuff type of person over the phone. I've had years of over the phone customer service under my belt, and always use that over the phone with anyone... So in no way was I even remotely rude or offensive to be hung up on. But man, was that rude of them.
