The receptionist, the two nurses, and Dr. Duic were patient listeners, professional and I will go back. Go here if you don't have a family Dr.!

Fairly new to the area and really didn't want to go to the ER so I went on my insurance companies website and found that this office was participating in my plan. I brought my son who had injured his hand playing basketball. The office is spotless, nicely decorated and in a very convenient location. I loved that I didn't have to leave early from work since I had just recently started my job. We signed in and were assisted by a very friendly and efficient lady at the front desk who had my son registered in just a few minutes. Before I had time to make a cup of coffee from the coffee maker in the lobby, my son was called back by a gentleman who was definately a people person! In a matter of minutes, he and my son were talking xbox games, sports, etc. I loved that he could relate to a teenager despite his being in another generation! Anyway, the doctor was in quickly, examined the hand, ordered an xray which showed a slight fracture. His hand was placed in a splint, a note given for no PE at school and a referral to a bone specialist. Was so pleased with the efficient and caring staff who made my son feel as though he was the only patient there. What a great experience compared to the last walk in clinic I visited. I am a believer and will be back.
