Moved to the area in December and thought I lucked out and found a salon right around the corner from my house. I have been going there for 4 months every 3 weeks for color. I kept telling my stylist the color doesn't seem to hold onto my greys and she said it was new growth. Last week after spending $80 for color in 3 days my temples were completely grey. It looked like I never had my hair done. I went in to show Amber and she didn't offer to touch up for me. It would be corrected next visit and another $80. I also bought a bottle of shampoo that should have been a golden color it was mucky red. The owner told me it was fine and still would clean my hair. So I'm stuck with a $50 bottle of shampoo that obviously went bad. I'm very disappointed because I really did like Amber. I called to cancel next appointment and said no to rescheduling and no one even asked why. All they had to do was touch up my temples and give me a good bottle of shampoo and they wouldn't have lost a customer who goes every 3 weeks and has purchased over $200 in products. They dont seem to care about their customers.

Amber is amazing. She does my whole families hair. Debbie is a great owner who cares about her clients and makes sure they get the best service possible! Would recommend to anyone!!!

I went to the salon to get a color I saw on Pinterest and was lucky enough to get Amber. She did an amazing job the color came out perfect and I must say it may have been the best head washing service I have ever had!! I highly recommend this salon and Amber. She made the process very enjoyable (my color and highlight combination was perfect) and seems to be very knowledgeable in her field of expertise!!
