I would like to thank Dr. Green and her staff when we brought our Chi to the office. Unfortunately, our boy didn't make it. But the staff treated us with kindness and compassion. They even sent us a rose and card. Thank you again Dr.Green and staff. It meant a lot to us.

I've been going to Westside since 2005 and they are 1st class all-around. They work with you and truly care about your fur babies. I won't go anywhere else.

I have lived all over the country, and one of the most difficult things to do when you move is to find a good veterinarian/animal clinic. When I first arrived in FL, I had just adopted a puppy mill rescue. She was a 5-yr old Yorkie, and when she was rescued, she had a number of physical ailments. I did not know that one of them would be congestive heart failure. Missy went into heart failure one afternoon right after we moved, and I had no idea what was wrong with her. I called the few people I know here who have dogs, and every single one of them recommended Dr. Hicks at Westside Animal Clinic. I called ahead to explain what was happening, and when I arrived 15 minutes later, the staff was at the door waiting for us. They took Missy from me and immediately began working on her. I was a mess but the staff assured me that Missy was in the best hands. After having lived the past few hours in anguish and then getting the exceptional care and response from everyone at Westside, I felt like we were where we should be. No question. A short time later, I met with Dr. Hicks, and he explained in detail what he believed the problem was - CHF. He shared with me everything he knew about the disease and how they would treat Missy and what his expectations were. I also had to leave Missy for the night but there was no question that she was in the absolute best care possible. Also, the staff went out of their way to make sure I was going to be ok, too. And I was right. I have never worked with such a top-notch, smart, compassionate, personable, and knowledgeable vet and staff. Everyone treated us like we were family. When I came for Missy the next day, she was breathing better but she was not out of the woods. We went back each day for fluids, to check on her progress and to adjust her meds. It was touch and go for a few days but after one week, Missy was able to breath freely without wheezing, she started eating, and her personality was returning. Dr. Hicks saved her life, and I will always be eternally grateful to him and his staff. I am also grateful to those who referred me to Dr. Hicks at the start. I will never take my dogs anywhere else. Nobody compares to the top-notch level of animal care and customer care that Westside provides. They love what they do, and it shows. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do.

Westside Animal Clinic has NEVER let me down in nearly 30 years of taking my fur family members to them. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. I highly recommend Westside Animal Clinic to anyone who desires their pet get top of the line care, at a reasonable price, coated with compassion, empathy when necessary, and just an all around love for the critters they see every day. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and keep up with new developments that make diagnosing and treating my fur family quicker and less painful for them. The staff is overwhelmed some days, when they have several emergencies on top of their daily patients. I've watched them handle these days professionally while still maintaining their compassion for EVERY patient that comes through the doors. EXCELLENT, CLEAN, CLINIC WITH THE BEST OF DOCTORS AND STAFF. THANK YOU WESTSIDE FOR ALL YOU'VE DONE FOR MY FUR FAMILY OVER THE YEARS!!!

The Veterinarian's and staff at Westside are outstanding professionals who provide excellent service. We have been taking our 4 pups to Westside Animal Clinic ever since we retired to Florida .The staff is very dedicated in their care for our pets and exhibit empathy. In addition to his regular practice, Dr. Hicks is a board certified veterinary cosmetic surgeon and Botox therapist. Dr. Hicks has limited his practice of cosmetic surgery to dogs, cats and certain reptiles. He is also certified in the fields of canine, feline, bovine, large mammal and avian proctology.

It was a breeze to find my Vet's information doing a simple Yellow Pages search
