Woodside recenctly took pictures at weekie wachee high school homecoming dance. Note said we would receive pictures same night. Paid cash for two 5'7 photos. Did not receive pictures nor receipt for my money. Teachers havent heard from them and i tried calling with no answer. Really what kind of crappy photography company is this. Never will i get pictures with them again.

Woodside took photos for local sports leagues. My kids played in different sports. It was always Woodside took the pictures. I had pleasant experiences with them. The photographer is so nice.



Recently during one picture day, the guy in charge of cashier was so rude. He had such a bad attitude and had no patients. They didn't make the payment procedure clear, I was confused. He thought I am annoying and just plain rude. I should just pick up my payment and left. Definitively will not spend a lot of money to purchase the big package again. Poor customer service.
