Terrible customer service we wrote a check for parts and service call 3 months ago. I have reached him a few times and he kept telling me the part was on back order. the last 3 weeks he won't answer or return my calls out $220 and nothing has been done.

1) All Brands replaced the fur...

1) All Brands replaced the furnace and AC in our house in 2001.

2) Despite what their website says, the phones are never answered by people, and their voice mailbox is always full and will not accept messages. If you press the right menu selection, you get the owner (David Otto).

3) Despte the website's promise of service in 24 hours or its free, it's been very difficult to get service this soon, despite our maintenance agreement we pay monthly for.

4) Several years ago, the AC quit. The All Brands technician said the outside unit was shot and had to be replaced. He estimated $3000. A second company i called in had this "shot"; unit running in less than an hour for $150. It's worked fine ever since.

5) Recently, an All Brands technician incorrectly reassembled the humidifier on the furnace unit. The humidifier subsequently leaked into the furnace unit, causing $600 damage to the furnace. I called in another company for this repair.

6) Due to #4 and #5 above, I notofied All Brands by mail in February of this year to terminate my membership in their maintenance agreement, and to not bill the credit card any more. They have since billed two more times, after I terminated the agreement. Despite repeated calls, I'm still trying to get this resolved.

Air Condition Repair

Our service man was the actual owner for the company. They charged $79 just to inspect. Then later told me that the expense for repair would be $287. I ended up paying a total of $366. The payment seemed a little high, but the sad part is he couldn't even fix it. So then... he just charged us and ran. Please Look Elsewhere, it not worth going to this business!!!!
