NOW since it has been sold I have been treated rude and rushed. The front desk staff (a lady that has been there one year) treated me terrible when I questioned the prices on annual shots. Got mouthy and rude with me and proceeded to tell me that when I was in in 2014 it was the same price. I have been a loyal customer of Spring Hill Veterinary and after that phone call I will never go back.I told her I will be switching Vets and she said "sorry to hear that" with nothing other than a rude tone and she could have cared less. I will make sure I tell all my friends that take their animals there to follow me and they most certainly will. Come to recall the last time I took my dog in for shots the new owner who is female ( I cannot remember her name) was rude and rushed with me. Most certainly not the way I had been treated in the past. This is really a huge loss in my heart.
