It started as soon as we walked in the door! The young woman at the register had no idea what she was doing. A young man was sitting on the front counter with white head phones on I am not sure if he was working or a friend but sitting in the same counter as they set the food on. The order we placed was wrong and they made no attempt to make it right or offer a refund. The table we sat at was dirty and sticky and the drink area was dirty without lids for the drinks. I will not go back and can't recommend it to anyone. Instead drive across the street to Culvers.

Food always tastes great, and for hiring mostly teenagers, they have surprisingly good and polite service.

Had the unfortunate event of going to DQ last night. We started out great only third in line to place the order. That was the last great thing that happened. I know it's new and they are doing large volumes currently but so should they. We waited for our 4 blizzards for 10 minutes and watch people that ordered after us get their blizzards. I went up and asked and the blizzards were made and sitting on the counter the server said the people in the back had bumped the order and didn't even apologizes. Since I ordered them to go they never did the turn over test they just put lids on them. When we got home our blizzards would have been better described as milk shakes. When we called to complain the fax machine answered the line
