Slow motion

I am a loyal customer of Kroger for over ten years. I was very disappointed to find that the Kroger Pharmacy on Port royal has rude and extremly slow staff. I litterally waited in line for over 30 mins at the drive thru when there was only 2 cars ahead of me!!
