Logans is one of my favorite places to eat of all times but tonights service was by far one of the worst experiences ever. I had a party of 8, waited two hours for my appetizers and food to come out at the same time, our food was cold, sent it back to fix my order and the same plate I sent back came out and still cold

Im sorry to say,but this was our first and last time going to Logans.For the price we paid (200.00) our service was awful.our food was cold,not prepared the way it was ordered.had to keep asking for the kids food.Waitress was good,bathroom was disgusting and stunk bad.i know we had several people in our group and its hard to keep things straight,but this was bad.Had 1 that was supposed to have gotten fries with the food she ordered and she never got her fries.! ticket was 26.79 and 30.00 was left to cover the bill then the waitress came back to the table and asked for more money.OMG...Like I said,1st n last time of going here.

Food is more times than not, pretty good. It's not going to be perfect 100% of the time but the staff seems to care about their jobs and the food is good.

I have been here several times and the service has been great, and so has the food. Best ribs ever!
