I ordered a garden window for my kitchen, they came out and measured and ordered window. Five weeks later the window finally comes in, installers come out and the window didn’t fit, it was measured wrong by Lowe’s employee. Now, the garden window is propped in the window by a board! Days went by, and I never heard from Lowe’s, I called the numbers given to me and started getting a run around. The person whom I placed the order with and who measured the window would not take my call. I had to call one of the store managers who called the employee, who then FINALLY spoke to me. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for the mistake, they all kept telling me to be patient. If they actually get it right the second time, it will be me patiently waiting over 10 weeks for one window. I’ve been patient, Lowe’s has been careless and given horrendous customer service. Lowe’s= not worth it. Don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered a light fixture online to be picked up at this store at the end of December. I called multiple times when the light wasn't ready for pick up January 9th. They could never tell me where it was and promised to call me back and never did. After never getting called back multiple times and them not knowing where my light was, I decided to get my money back for it today and was given an in store credit (when I finally got someone to help me after standing at customer service for 5 minutes), like I ever want to buy something else from this store again. This same situation has happened on two different occasions to us in a year.

Just left the store, and there's lots of employees there, just none of them waited on me. I stood at the shower head section for a good 10 minutes, with two employees not 15 feet from me. They were quick to offer help to a couple that walked by, obviously looking for appliances, but I guess I wasn't gonna spend enough money to warrant them getting up off their butts. Thanks for nothing, guys.
