Customer service is dead!

Well im just a normal polite constomer ready to buy a trailer and i was treated so rudly that i walked off the lot... whole story to follow. I saw their lot on the side of the road. They were closed. So i called and talked with some one and they said that they are only open once or twice a week and to look around and see if i liked one. i did see one i liked. The guy said he would call me in a few days when he was going to be there. A week and a half later i called them again they said they would call me back. They did the next day. He told me he would be there at 5. So i showed up no one was there i waited a half an hour(no big deal) he showed up i told him i liked one of them. He asked if i was going to pay with a check i said i was planing on paying with a card . I didn't know it would be a problem. He told me i should have been ready a head of time( i dont know how no one said anything to me on the phone and its not on the web site) He said i would have to pay a 4% surrcharge because of the card (this is illegal but also whatever). I got a phone call he walked off to do something else. He continued to walk around and ignore me. I guess the reason that i walked off, though is you know when somebody acts like it is a huge chore to do there job and that u have no buisness being there that you are wasting their time. he was positivley dripping with this attitude and the worste part was I called the company and they couldn't do anything for me because he was the owner.
