CLOSED NOW - Opens at 11:00am

Our waitress was way too talkative. The petite sirloin, tilapia and shrimp were overcooked. We asked for A-1 Sauce - never received it. Requested drinks twice before getting them. The parking lot was completely dark and I did not feel safe leaving the restaurant.

Left a debit card the night before and called to see if it was at the restaurant before I tried and canceled it, and the hostess told me to call back in a hour because they were busy!! WOW! Not a pair of sunglasses, this is pretty important, and even though I am not physically in the restuarant my service still matters. My husband called back she put him on hold for 6 min, and i called on my cell, and she answered my call while he was still on hold. I demanded a manager. That's all she had to do! Never said I am sorry or anything just put me on hold and didn't want to deal with us and have someone else handle me. Doesn't matter if it's a phone call or I am physically in person. Every person is important and apparently we were not... never going to a Ruby Tuesday again!
