CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:30am

I walked into the Post Office about 15 minutes after closing (4:45) and a gentleman by the name of "Mark", who was informing people that the office was closed, went out of his way to give me two packages that I was anxiously looking to pick-up. It would have been a bummer, but within their right, to point to the hours of operation sign and send me packing. Recommend the hours of operation be posted on the missed delivery sheets but I could have found their hours online easily. Recommend showing up within the hours of operation but I am sure if you are looking to pickup a package and were a few minutes late, Mark would probably go out of his way again. Thanks for the assist.

Never like coming here. People that can just ruin your day. You can walk up with a smile and be friendly and they are still rude. On top of that I have gone in on a number of occasions because a package wasn't delivered only to find it was there in the back the entire time the person in the front would be telling me they looked and it wasn't there. Really frustrating. I just go to Goin' Postal on Bragg Blvd in the Pizza Hut shopping center now for all my postal needs. At least the delivery people are sweet.
