Dear Valued Customers, in 1984 Initial Impact first began operating as a wholesale embroidery company servicing mostly large department stores, mail-order catalogs, and uniform shops with custom embroidery. We opened our own retail store in 1987 in the beautiful seaside town of Spring Lake, NJ.
