DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FLORIST! I have had a terrible experience with them and have been treated terribly by a woman there named Whitney. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day well in advance to insure A Yellow Rose would have the flowers in stock. I ordered an arrangement of orange, red, pink & purple however the arrangement delivered looked like yellow & green weeks. I sent a picture to the florist showing what had been ordered vs. what was delivered and they apologized and said the correct arrangement would be send the next day. It never was. A month later, the correct flowers have never been delivered and my money has never been refunded and in the meantime, I've been treated horribly by their associate, Whitney. I will never do business with this company again! I live out of town so having a trustworthy florist is essential as I send flowers often. A Yellow Rose isn't trustworthy - they don't stand by their products & they don't stand by their customers.

My sister and I went to “A Yellow Rose” to get the flowers for her wedding. What a horrible experience! After the lady in charge asked us when the wedding will be, and where we were from (we are Mexican Italian girls), she asked if my sister had picked the kind of flowers she wanted. She replied that she hasn’t, so this woman said with a sly smile and in a really sarcastically way, “So you are planning a wedding, without planning, eh? You need to pick up something before coming.” I was so shocked; I could not believe my ears! In my experience, is better to go to the store and pick from what they really can offer you. She told us that to get service, we had to call on Monday to make an appointment, and because they were very busy with Mother’s Day (it was May 5th!). We are there, in person, we are the only clients at the store, and she could not even give us an appointment. What terrible service! What lack of people skills! What rudeness! What laziness! What lack of intelligence! Business must be good, since they do not need our business! If she did not want to work, she should have closed the store. I do not know if we were mistreated for being Mexican Italian girls, or if they are rude to everyone. If you are bored, and need a rude experience, this is the place to go!
